Introduction

At Understanding Differences we would like to make this initial statement.

We pride ourselves in excelling with Equality Practice and Opportunity throughout. All individuals from any backgrounds, culture, beliefs, professional training and personal experiences are Welcome on an equal footing.

Bringing together all of the above goes towards making a great team to further the aims of Understanding Differences in a fair and equal manner.

Chairperson - Seeking Local Volunteer

Acting chairperson is Andy who also looks after the web site, Andy Lives in Lancashire and it is for this reason alone that we are still seeking someone for the post of permanent Chairperson more local to Crawley.

If anyone feel they would like to add extra value to UD and is interested in taking up the role please feel free to contact us so we can discuss the role further.

Kathy has personal knowledge of bereavement, 2 teenage boys and works in accounting, therefore bringing her business and personal skills to UD.

As a Committee Member Kathy plays a valuable role at meetings enabling UD to make decisions that forward our aims in the right way and further supports the team by   collating our financial records prior to sending them to the treasurer.
